Ausweigh offers high quality Weighbridges with standard sizes ranging from 8 meters through to 24 meters with a maximum capacity of 80 tonnes.
The platforms superior design and construction is comprised of modules and cross beams and utilises advanced welding techniques which guarantees both a high level of strength and wear resistance with a perfect fit between modules. Modules are made of high quality "U" shaped beams topped by 8mm checker plate ensuring the vehicle adheres to the surface perfectly. This weighbridge is made according to the Popular European Modular design , which consists of modules and cross beams. For example, an 8m*3m Weighbaridge will have 4 modules (3.55m*1.5m wide) and 3 cross beams(0.3m*3m wide).
The main advantage of this weighbridge of European modular design is easy installation. The modules and cross beams do not need to be turned upside down after assembly. With a crane or forklift, you can install the weighbridge, on the foundation made as per our foundation drawing, typically in a day.

Weighbridges can be above ground with a lead-up ramp or they can be pit mounted with the weigh bridge in-ground so the bridge is level with the road. All the weighbridges come with fully hermetically sealed (IP68) load cells and offer one of the lowest price on the market today, with local support available 24/7 during and after installation.
